Project Re:Form — Case Study

I edited a case study documentary showcasing the success story of a long-overdue redesign of a US Government process. This film is part of the Civilla Practica continuing education curriculum for government workers.

SYNOPSIS: Civilla made it their mission to revamp the infamously tedious social benefits application of the state of Michigan. In order to go about it the right way, they consulted end users and frontline employees who dealt with the application everyday. This film captures the story of how they went about it.
